GRThe European Parliament, the Council and the Commission have agreed on a common position on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.
