The legislation targets 15 specific offenses, including the leakage of question papers, tampering with answer sheets, creating fake websites, and issuing counterfeit admission cards. Meanwhile, diplomatic relations have been affected by an incident involving an Indian national aboard a commercial vessel attacked in the Black Sea. The Ministry of External Affairs summoned the Ukrainian ambassador to express serious concerns over the attack, which occurred when the ship was reportedly passing through Russian territorial waters.
