For students who took the Bacalaureat in a different county than where they completed their high school education, the issuance of the diploma adheres to regulations specified in the Order No. 4.634/2024 issued by the Ministry of Education. According to these rules, necessary documents are transmitted through the official channels between educational institutions and school inspectorates to ensure consistency with school records. The responsibility for completing and issuing the diploma lies with the educational institution where the candidate sat the exam.
