JANAF has secured an extension of its OFAC license to continue cooperation with the National Energy System (NIS). According to information released by the company on Friday, JANAF, in collaboration with the Government of the Republic of Croatia, obtained the extension of the license issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) under the U.S. Department of Treasury. The renewed license allows the continuation of contractual obligations with NIS, valid until August 28, 2026. The issuance of the license enables the ongoing execution of agreed business activities and ensures operational continuity in accordance with international regulatory frameworks and current measures.
