An independent witness testified that she saw the same car parked by the roadside around 10:30 PM on December 3, with Tracee Ann Grosvenor in the passenger seat, appearing visibly distressed. Ethan Grosvenor was detained under the Mental Health Act, which allows South Australian doctors to legally treat and, in some instances, detain individuals suffering from mental illness.
