CIAK Group has signed long-term financing agreements with four commercial banks totaling €60 million, according to a statement released by the company. The agreement includes Erste Bank, Privredna Banka Zagreb, Zagrebačka Banka, and OTP Bank. The majority of the funds will be used to refinance existing financial obligations, while the remainder will support further business development, including expansion and strengthening the group’s market position in regional markets. The financing agreements were announced by CIAK Group on Tuesday. The company, which specializes in the distribution of spare parts and automotive equipment, as well as waste management, stated that the transaction confirms its position in the financial market and continues to manage funding sources appropriately in line with the goals of further business development and strategic markets. According to the company's announcement, the largest portion of the funds will be allocated toward refinancing current financial obligations.
