The company, which operates the portal ameconviene.it and specializes in comparing energy, telecommunications, insurance, and financial tariffs, announced that the majority of shareholders approved all items on the agenda. Among these was the election of Roberto Busso as administrator, marking a key leadership change within the firm. The decision to expand the board of directors to four members and integrate the Supervisory Board with confirmed roles for the mayor and additional deputy mayors was also endorsed. Maria Grazia di Stefano was elected as the effective mayor, while Maurizio Bianchi and Emanuele Oppes were chosen as deputy mayors. These changes aim to strengthen corporate governance and align the company’s structure with evolving operational demands. Roberto Busso, born in 1965, holds a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Torino and a European Master's in Real Estate Market & Town Planning. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of EstiaRE. With over three decades of experience in real estate and corporate governance, Busso has spent more than a decade at the Gabetti Group, holding executive positions such as Chief Executive Officer of Gabetti Property Solutions S.p.A. and Patrigest S.p.A., as well as president of Wikicasa, Tree RealEstate, and ABACO Engineering. Previously, Busso led the Group REAG, now known as Kroll, a global leader in real estate consulting and valuation services. His professional journey includes teaching in prestigious programs at SDA Bocconi, LUISS Business School, and Politecnico di Milano, where he has contributed to academic discourse on real estate due diligence. Additionally, he serves as President of the Unione Sportiva Salernitana 1919 and is a member of the editorial board of Espansione and Banche&Finanza, demonstrating his involvement beyond business into sports and media. Busso’s appointment reflects Adventure S.p.A.’s strategic move towards enhanced oversight and expertise in managing its operations effectively.
