BGFifteen folk dance ensembles from Razgrad and Targovishte regions participated in the fifteenth Kapan Folklore Festival held in the village of Gecovo. The event was organized by the Municipality of Razgrad, the local administration of Gecovo, the Regional Expert Advisory and Information Center 'Chitalishta' Razgrad, and the National Chitalishta 'Prosveshchenie-1883'.
