One resident, Elizabeth Leyshon, expressed her exasperation, stating that she has ordered numerous items for her new home, none of which have arrived due to the lack of proper access. Monmouthshire Council acknowledged the issue, with Councillor Frances West noting that planning documents indicated the road should have been completed earlier.
