A wave of absurd and humorous reviews has swept through Croatia, with users sharing their most ridiculous online comments, many of which have become viral sensations. The discussion began on Reddit's r/askCroatians forum, where a user asked, "Do you have any funny bad reviews?" The question sparked a flood of responses, revealing a treasure trove of internet humor rooted in Croatian experiences. Within hours, the thread had amassed hundreds of votes and over a hundred comments, with users sharing examples from platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others that left them laughing until they cried. Among the most popular examples were reviews for sugar-free gummy candies known for their explosive side effects. One user recalled a cult comment: "RED ONE CAME OUT WHOLE!!" Another noted that the author of one review wrote "like Dostoevsky and Tolstoy together." According to the Reddit community, one standout winner was a review for a menstrual cycle tracking app called "Menstrual Calendar." The review read: "What kind of calendar is this without saints? There isn't even one holiday, no connection to the rope," which amused many readers. Another particularly witty review on Google was left for the Split-Dalmatian Police Department. It stated: "They were really gentle while putting the raccoons, the car clean and tidy, and the ride pleasant. The space for testing the air conditioning and smoking allowed. Overall 5/5, I will be brought back again," according to the text beneath the review. Users agreed that reviews for certain hospitality establishments were an endless source of entertainment, especially when owners decided to respond. Mentioned were restaurants in Dalmatia, where, according to comments, owners often engage in heated discussions with guests. Absurdity reached its peak with a review for Bizovacke Baths, where a user reportedly complained about not being able to witness the promised "bison show," sparking debate about the limits of human naivety. In addition to restaurants and products, users highlighted other unusual sources of laughter, including reviews for police stations, prisons, courts, and even the e-Dnevnik application. One of the highlights was a review for Giulia's House in Verona, where a tourist lamented that Giulia "doesn't come out onto the balcony." Judging by the response, it seems that the search for absurd and funny reviews has become a beloved internet pastime, providing a dose of laughter and reminding people that anything can be found online. Croatians have expressed frustration with a new practice in cafes: "I get a mini heart attack when they ask for it." However, the specific context of this statement could not be fully clarified due to technical restrictions preventing access to the content.
