The Product Owner Day 2026 will take place on November 19, hosted as an online conference organized by iX and dpunkt.verlag in collaboration with it-agile. The event focuses on effective product work, offering participants insights into current trends, inspiration, and practical tools to enhance their roles as product owners, managers, and leaders. Attendees can expect six practice-oriented presentations that explore modern approaches to product ownership. One of the opening sessions will feature Olaf Bublitz and Thomas Starz, who will discuss why strategies often fail and provide actionable solutions. Sandra Hinz will present on creating dynamic product visions, while Victoria Schlobinski will demonstrate how AI can serve as a co-moderator in meetings and workshops through real-world examples. Jöran Eitel will share his expertise on building and leading a product organization, and Christoph Hesse will draw from his experience within an NGO using OKRs. Sebastian Keller will address challenges related to communication when all tasks are labeled as top priority. The day will conclude with a panel discussion moderated by Ralf Lethmate from it-agile, featuring speakers from throughout the event. In addition to the main conference, two online workshops will be offered during the event. The first, titled “AI Product Architect: Rapid Prototyping and Discovery-Booster,” will run on November 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., targeting product owners and managers looking to leverage AI in their workflows. The second workshop, “Finding the Right Goal: With OKR, Impact Chains, and Artificial Intelligence,” is scheduled for November 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., focusing on aligning goals with strategic outcomes using both OKRs and AI. Early-bird discounts are currently available for attendees, reducing the ticket price from 299 euros to 249 euros, including 19 percent VAT. Group discounts apply for registrations from three individuals. Tickets for both half-day and full-day workshops are also available through the official ticket shop. Interested parties can subscribe to the newsletter to stay updated on this and other agile-related events. The hashtag for social media engagement during the event is #pod26. Participants will gain access to a comprehensive toolkit designed to improve their effectiveness in product management. The event’s structure ensures that attendees receive both theoretical knowledge and hands-on techniques, making it a valuable opportunity for professionals seeking to refine their skills. The inclusion of AI-focused content reflects the growing importance of technology in modern product development processes, providing attendees with cutting-edge insights and strategies. As the event draws closer, registration options remain open, allowing interested individuals to secure their spots before the early-bird discount expires.
