Bosnia and Herzegovina has opened its first honorary consulate in Southeast Asia in Singapore. The honorary consul is Daniel Cheah, a Singaporean businessman. Armin Limo, non-resident ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, described the opening as a significant turning point in bilateral relations and highlighted the potential for improved economic cooperation. He also praised the Bosnian community in Singapore, calling them true ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and specifically mentioned Professor Emir Hrnjić from the National University of Singapore.
