HŠK Zrinjski Mostar has signed Mario Čuić, a midfielder who previously played for HŠK Posušje. Čuić, born in Split in 2001, grew up in Tomislavgrad and joined the youth academy of HNK Hajduk Split. He made his senior debut at age 19 and played 23 matches for Hajduk's first team, along with 19 appearances for their second team. After moving to Slovenia, he played for Radomlje, making 40 official appearances. He then returned to Croatia, playing for NK Istra 1961 and later NK Varaždin before joining Posušje. In the previous season, he appeared in 33 matches for Posušje and scored five goals, which caught the attention of Zrinjski. The club believes Čuić will add quality and breadth to their squad, which aims for high ambitions domestically and in Europe next season.
