The Slovenian Athletics Federation (AZS) announced the winners of this year's international athletics league Telekom Slovenije. The top male athletes were Kristjan Čeh, who won the discus throw event at the European Championships, and Anej Čurin Prapotnik, the national record holder in the 100m sprint. In the women's category, Zala Istenič, a sprinter from Ljubljana, emerged as the winner. The competition included eight events, including five main meetings in Ptuj, two in Maribor, and others in Celje, Novo Mesto, as well as winter championships and national competitions. Čeh won all four of his events, achieving a personal best of 71.86 meters in Maribor. Istenič competed four times in Maribor and once in Ptuj, winning all her races and improving her personal records on home soil.
