Users have described being unable to log in, access their game libraries, or launch titles on both the latest Xbox Series X and S consoles and older models like the Xbox 360. Additionally, backward compatibility features, allowing players to run older games on newer hardware, are reportedly malfunctioning. The disruption comes just days after a similar incident occurred last week, which coincided with the early-access release of Halo: Campaign Evolved on July 23.
