According to company CEO Herbert Waldner, the acquisition was driven by his role as an immobilienentwickler, or real estate developer, who aims to further develop the property. The villa, known as "The Grand," is being marketed by Living Deluxe, a high-end real estate agency based in Velden on Lake Wörth. This firm specializes in luxury properties valued in the millions. According to Thomas Hopfgartner, the owner of Living Deluxe, he has requested that images displayed on their website, including interior shots of the villa’s opulent spaces, not be used in media coverage. Despite this request, the listing highlights several features that make the property unique. These include a total floor area of 27,815 square meters, two upper floors and two lower levels, expansive terraces offering views of the lake, a spa area equipped with a fitness room, sauna, diving pool, indoor pool, and whirlpool, private access to the lake complete with a bathhouse, platform, pier, and boat house capable of housing four boats, and five bedrooms along with five bathrooms.

While the official asking price remains undisclosed, serious buyers must inquire for detailed information. Earlier reports from January suggested that the villa was sold for approximately 80 million euros. However, experts note that the actual market value could vary depending on factors such as location, land size, and interior fittings. The property's return to the market has sparked interest among potential buyers, though the exact reasons behind its resale remain unclear.
