The first trailer for Robert Eggers' horror film 'Werwolf' has been released, with the film set to premiere in Ukraine on January 7, 2027. The movie reimagines a folk legend set in rural England during the 13th century, featuring a mysterious creature that turns a terrifying tale into reality. British actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson stars as the lead, having previously appeared in Eggers' 'Nosferatu'. Other notable cast members include Lily-Rose Depp, Willem Dafoe, Ralph Ineson, and young Irish actress Bodhi Reed. The film is scheduled for a global release on Christmas Day, December 25, 2026, but Ukrainian audiences will have to wait until early 2027 due to distribution plans by B&H Film Distribution.
