Vietnam: Indian tourists killed in boat capsize

A boat carrying 36 Indian tourists capsized off the coast of Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam, resulting in the deaths of at least 15 individuals. The vessel overturned approximately 400 meters from the shore of May Rut Ngoai islet. Rescue efforts involving multiple boats led to the recovery of all 15 victims and the safe rescue of 21 survivors.
