United Kingdom, France among the countries imposing sanctions on Israel

Six countries have announced sanctions targeting Israeli settler networks, marking a significant escalation in international efforts to curb violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank. The move was coordinated primarily by the United Kingdom, with support from France, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway. These nations claim the sanctions aim to disrupt financial flows that support attacks on Palestinian civilians, according to the British government.
