It's official: Geely E2 as China's sales champion is coming to Europe soon, what will the price be?

The Chinese automaker Geely plans to introduce the new electric vehicle model E2 to the European market soon. The model, known as Galaxy Xingyuan in China, is noted as one of the best-selling electric cars in China last year and this year. The European version, named Geely E2, is expected to be a compact electric combi-midsize car with a length of 4.14 meters. It features spacious interior, a large trunk capacity of 375 liters, an additional 70-liter storage space under the front hood, and a central 14.6-inch screen. The rear-wheel-drive electric motor has a power output of 85 kW (114 HP) and is powered by a 39.4 kWh battery, offering up to 317 kilometers of range on a single charge and accelerating to 100 km/h in 10.2 seconds. While Geely has not yet revealed the exact price, it is expected to start around 20,000 euros. The model aims to compete in one of Europe’s most important segments for electric vehicles against models like Renault Twingo, Leapmotor T03, BYD Dolphin Surf, Dongfeng Box, Renault 5, Citroën e-C3, and others.
