PNL a anunțat, miercuri, că contestă decizia Tribunalului București privind suspendarea hotărârilor Consiliului Național Extraordinar al partidului, care a organizat Congresul Extraordinar din 21 iunie 2026, prin care Ilie Bolojan a fost reconfirmat președinte al PNL și a fost aleasă o nouă conducere. Decizia Tribunalului București, luată în data de 23 iunie 2026, a suspensat provizoriu executarea și efectele hotărârii Consiliului Național Extraordinar referitoare la Congres, inclusiv organizarea și desfășurarea evenimentului.
