In terms of infrastructure, the government has committed to undertaking a greater share of preparatory work to make the site more attractive to developers. This includes the demolition of state-owned properties, construction of new roads and sewer systems, and the redirection of existing utilities. These measures aim to reduce the financial burden on developers and streamline the development process. Furthermore, a common services tunnel will be constructed to accommodate essential infrastructure such as district cooling and waste management systems, ensuring long-term sustainability and efficiency.

The development also includes plans for improved connectivity, with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) constructing an underground pedestrian link to the upcoming Cross Island Line MRT station, set to open in 2032.
