This time, the attack happened near Lolli Park at Yoho Mix mall, where a 50-year-old woman was walking her four-year-old bichon frise, also weighing 5 kilograms. Disturbing video footage circulating online captures the moment the large dog clamped its jaws around the smaller dog's neck. The owner, visibly distressed, collapsed to the ground as bystanders attempted to intervene without success. Authorities have yet to confirm whether the aggressive dog is microchipped, as it remains too dangerous to approach.
