According to reports from Serbian media, the property’s value is estimated at hundreds of millions of dollars. Jelena Bin Drai, 47, has built a thriving career in Dubai over more than two decades. She manages multiple successful ventures in fashion, real estate, education, artificial intelligence, and medicine, overseeing teams of over 120 employees. Despite frequent associations with a luxurious lifestyle, she emphasizes that her success stems from years of hard work, quick decision-making, and willingness to embrace challenges.
