Two killed after crashing motorcycle into metro pillar in Kukatpally

Two young men were killed in a motorcycle crash into a Metro Rail pillar near Bhagyanagar bus stop in Kukatpally. Akhilesh Yadav (24) and Mohammed Younus (26) were traveling from JNTU to Kukatpally shortly after midnight when their motorcycle lost control and collided with pillar number 746. Both were thrown from the vehicle; Akhilesh died instantly, while Younus, riding pillion, was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
