A tourist jumped off a cliff into the sea, both seriously injured

Two foreign tourists were injured after jumping into the sea from cliffs at Galebova stene, a popular beach in Pula, Croatia. On Friday evening, an 18-year-old German citizen jumped from a height of eight meters and sustained serious injuries. The next day, a 50-year-old Italian man jumped from approximately four meters and suffered more severe injuries. Both men were taken to the local hospital. The Istrian police warned swimmers not to jump from cliffs or other areas where such activity is prohibited. Despite the warnings, the beach remains popular among visitors for cliff diving, snorkeling, and exploring underwater caves.
