Three people died in a crash on the Córdoba-Rosario highway: the van hit a guardrail

Three people died after their vehicle crashed into a guardrail on the Córdoba-Rosario highway near the town of Morrison in Córdoba province. The victims were identified as Maximiliano Scharer, 29; Bárbara Kan, 51; and Fabiana Delgado, 61. All three were trapped inside the car, which also carried two dogs, and they died at the scene. A male passenger, aged 47 and from Capilla del Monte, suffered serious injuries in the crash, according to local media reports. The collision happened on the lane heading toward Rosario. As a result of the crash, a nine-year-old girl who was in the car died shortly after 4:30 p.m. According to preliminary investigations, the girl's father managed to extract her body from the vehicle and carry it to the shore before falling into shock and unconsciousness on the other side of the stream. He was taken to Bariloche Hospital, where he remained conscious but with a head injury, a fractured dorsal vertebra, and memory gaps regarding the incident.
