Dead in Russian attack on Turkish cargo ship

A Russian missile attack on a Turkish freighter in the Black Sea has killed ten people, according to Ukrainian officials. The ship, named Golden Leo, was struck by three cruise missiles while attempting to leave the conflict zone near Odessa, Ukraine’s southern port city. The governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, reported ten injured individuals across multiple cities, along with fires and damage to infrastructure. In the industrial town of Podolsk, located approximately 40 kilometers south of Moscow, falling drone debris caused fires. In the nearby city of Domodedovo, seven people were injured, including three Chinese citizens. Russia's Defense Ministry stated that 381 Ukrainian drones were intercepted over Russian territory and the Crimean Peninsula during the night. Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin mentioned more than 400 drones heading toward the Moscow region since the evening. These figures remain unverified independently.
