Located within a modern residential complex equipped with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, reception area, and all necessary household appliances, the apartment is currently among the busiest properties in the season. The rental rates are determined by the building’s manager based on demand, according to Hajdi, who together with her husband, Urban, manages the property. They have entrusted the pricing decisions to the manager, who adjusts the fees depending on availability and customer interest. Hajdi emphasized that the service provided ensures the apartment remains clean and well-maintained throughout the year, offering a comfortable experience for both owners and renters. “The service is very convenient for both the property owners and the tenants,” she explained. The couple, who also run their own businesses, Hajdi managing an online and physical store specializing in children's products, while Urban previously sold part of his business, invested in the apartment as part of their shared venture. Their decision to rent out the property reflects a strategic move to diversify their income streams, especially given the popularity of the area among tourists. The location, just steps away from a vibrant beachside restaurant and bar called La Banya, which is famous for its lively summer atmosphere, adds to the appeal of the residence. Hajdi noted that the couple frequently uses the apartment themselves, enjoying their stays particularly during autumn. She described the season as more peaceful compared to the bustling summer months, highlighting the calmness of the weather and the overall tranquility of the environment. “Autumn is my favorite time here because the sea is still warm, the climate is perfect, everything calms down a bit, and it feels more authentic,” she added. This has led to a steady influx of tourists, including many Americans, seeking vacation opportunities in the region.
