Podrli so staro kmečko hišo, nova jemlje dih
Na Dolenjskem je na mestu stare kmečke hiše zasnovana in zgradena sodobna, trajnostna hiša, ki se neopazno zlije z okoliško krajino. Arhitektni duet Katja Lipič in Mitja Šemrov iz Studia Mika sta ustvarila 82 kvadratnih metrov velik dom za dve osebi, ki združuje arhitekturno estetiko, naravne materialne izbire in funkcionalno oblikovanje prostora. Projektni proces je predstavljal izjemno globoko razmišljanje o prostorskem razmerju, zgodovinskim kontekstu in sodobnim potrebam bivanja.
Projekt je začel z razumevanjem in ohranjanjem prostorske logike stare kmečke hiše, ki je zaradi starosti in slabega stanja neustrezno uporabljena. Novo zgradnjo so prilagodili tako, da so ohranili ključne elemente, kot so način dostopa, orientacija objekta in odpiranje pogledov proti cerkvi. Sodelovanje med naročnikom in arhitektoma je bilo ključno za razvoj projekta, ker je naročnikova aktivna vloga vplivala na reševanje tehničnih in estetskih vprašanj.
Zasnova hiše temelji na trajnostnih principih in uporabi naravnih materialov, kot so les, slama, ilovica in apneni omet. Lesena skeletna konstrukcija s polnilom iz slamnatih bal je postala temeljni koncept projekta. Ta izbira ni bila samo v skladu z energetsko učinkovitostjo, temveč je predstavljala širše razumevanje trajnostne gradnje, ki temelji na materialni iskrenosti, obnovljivih virih in prijetnem bivalnem klimu. Naravni materiali dajejo prostoru toplino in teksturo, kar dopolnjuje prostorsko izkušnjo.
Trajnostna gradnja v praksi je bila zahtevna, ker so bile tehnologije in metode izvedbe nekoliko drugačne. Arhitekti so opozorili, da je ta vrsta gradnje počasnejša in zahteva premislitev o konstrukcijski logiki, da ustreza slamnatim kockam. Hkrati pa ponuja različne možnosti, kako zaključiti vogale, okenske špalete, kakšen omet narediti, kar je bilo posebej zanimivo za projekt.
Interier hiše je zasnovan kot odprt tloris, kar omogoča prostorsko razkošje na majhni površini. Ključno vodilo je bilo ustvarjanje prostornosti, ki se ne očituje kot prevelika, a se občuti kot široka. Osrednji bivalni prostor združuje kuhinjo, jedilnico in dnevni prostor, pri čemer velike zasteklitve omogočajo neposredno povezavo z zunanjostjo. Posebnost interiera je večnamenski servisni boks, ki organizira odprt tloris in ustvarja občutek prostornosti.
Hiša Kozjek je bila ena izmed nagrajenih projektov na festivalu Odprte hiše Slovenije, kjer so obiskovalci izbrali najboljše arhitekturne projekte v treh kategorijah. V kategoriji stanovanjski projekti so bili nagrajeni tudi hiša Malija (Raketa, Tria Studio) in hiša na robu ravnice (Skupaj arhitekti). Ta izbor je pokazal, da je trajnostna arhitektura v zadnjem času postala nekaj, kar se vključuje v sodobno bivanje, ne le kot ekološka izbira, temveč kot del estetskega in funkcionalnega oblikovanja.
Za naslednje obdobje so planirani še dodatni posnetki in analize, kako se trajnostna arhitektura razvija v Sloveniji. Projekt Studia Mika bo še naprej poslušan kot primer, kako se sodobno bivanje lahko združi z tradicijo, naravno okolje in sodobne potrebe. Hiša Kozjek ostaja nekaj, kar je v skladu z idejami o trajnosti, prostornosti in estetiki, ki se ne izgubljajo v modernizaciji, ampak se z njo združujejo.
