At least thirteen people were killed in reported Russian and Ukrainian strikes across both countries, according to local officials. In Zaporizhzhia, a Russian guided bomb attack killed three and injured fifteen, while Russian missiles struck Odesa, killing two. In Kharkiv and Kupiansk, drone attacks caused casualties, and in Donetsk, one person was killed near Kramatorsk. On the Russian side, Ukrainian shelling near the Belgorod border and a strike in Russian-controlled territory resulted in additional deaths. The UN noted June as the deadliest month for civilians since early 2022. Reuters could not verify reports from either side.
