Supersalud gives an ultimatum to New EPS to present financial statements

The Colombian Superintendence of Health has issued a final warning to Nueva EPS, the country’s largest health promotion entity, demanding certified and approved financial statements for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025 by July 6, 2026. The documents are needed to assess the entity’s liquidity, debts, and solvency, which will serve as a basis for the next government to manage the organization.
