Strike at airports has been delayed.

A new collective agreement was reached between the trade union Fellesforbundet and the employer organization NHO Luftfart, avoiding a strike at Norwegian airports. The agreement includes a wage increase of 6.50 per hour for all employees, an increase in minimum wages by 6.50, and a 37 percent increase in night shift allowances. The deal also includes provisions for increased purchasing power, early payment of sick pay, and a competence and compensation model aimed at positive industry development. The agreement was accepted by the employers and will undergo a vote among workers by June 25.

Bias read (Center): The article reports on a labor negotiation outcome without taking a stance or using biased language. It presents facts about the agreement, including details of the terms and the process, while quoting both parties involved. There is no evident framing that favors one side over the other.
