Ο Τούρκος πρόεδρος Ρετζέπ Ταγίπ Ερντογάν είχε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με κατοίκους του χωριού Εχίνου (Ξάνθης), σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση της τουρκικής προεδρίας και δημοσιεύματα των τουρκικών ΜΜΕ.
