According to the police report, the man was called to the scene after being identified as a drunk individual harassing and verbally abusing his family. Upon arrival, the police noted that he did not calm down and ignored their warnings and orders. As a result, they used forceful measures to subdue him and took him into custody. The police issued a payment notice against him for violations of public order and peace. Overall, within 24 hours, the police handled 73 urgent cases and received 246 calls, including 25 incidents related to public order and peace, some involving suspected domestic violence, break-ins, thefts, traffic accidents, and unauthorized border crossings.
