A Serbian singer on holiday in Croatia, one place she didn't like: "It's spiced"

Serbian singer Marija Šerifović has spent her summer on the Adriatic Sea, sharing updates with her followers through social media posts. During her recent trip to Croatia, she visited several islands and coastal towns, but one location did not meet her expectations. Šerifović described the town of Palmižana as overly lively and "too showy," which contrasted with her preference for calmer, more spacious environments. Šerifović's journey began with a sail from Brač toward Hvar. Although the crew enjoyed the sailing experience, the singer found the rough waves challenging. She admitted feeling unwell during the voyage due to the high waves, but quickly forgot the discomfort once they anchored in a quiet bay and refreshed themselves in the sea. Šerifović emphasized how clear the water was and how enjoyable swimming had been. Her visit to the old town of Hvar left a positive impression. She described the atmosphere there as relaxed and pleasant, calling the town beautiful, interesting, and enjoyable. A special moment came when her son Marija excitedly recounted how the boat "jumped" over the waves during their journey. After swimming, Šerifović took her first morning coffee in the old town and chose seafood pasta for lunch. The next stop was ACI Marina in Palmižana. Upon arrival, Šerifović shared her initial impressions, noting that the area made a less favorable impression compared to previous destinations. She felt Palmižana was too lively and "too showy," preferring quieter and more open spaces instead. Despite this, she praised the natural surroundings and the suitability of the area for swimming and relaxation. Continuing their journey, Šerifović and her family sailed towards Vis. The captain explained that a storm was blowing with speeds between 15 and 20 knots, but the wind direction was favorable for sailing, causing no major issues. Upon arriving in Komiza, Šerifović jumped into the sea again. There, she was recognized by a young fan who asked for a photo together. Komiza left the biggest impression on Šerifović. She revealed that this small town was the most appealing to her so far, partly because it lacked the crowds present elsewhere. The day ended with dinner at one of the local restaurants. Šerifović tried tuna tartare and pappardelle with lamb and shrimp, giving the meal a very high rating. She praised the excellent pasta, rich sauce, and fresh, tender shrimp, scoring the entire dish 9.1 out of 10. Šerifović concluded her day by returning to the boat and letting her son sleep after another day filled with sailing, swimming, and exploring the Dalmatian islands.
