General conditions of business

The general terms and conditions of operation define how services are offered and used through bookstores, email, telephone, field representatives, and online platforms. These rules outline the rights and obligations of providers and users of goods or custom-sized products. The general terms are published on the website www.druzina.si, located at the company’s headquarters. Data regarding the operator of the website www.druzina.si is as follows: DRUŽINA, a company engaged in publishing, magazine, and information activities, based in Ljubljana (abbreviated as DRUŽINA doo), located at Ljubljana, Krekov trg 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereafter referred to as Družina doo). Družina doo has the right to allow different visitors, orderers, or customers to display varying amounts of content and offer the possibility of purchasing within the service. The portal www.druzina.si is intended solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to alter, copy, distribute, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivatives, transfer, or sell data, products, or services that are part of the portal www.druzina.si, except in cases of explicit use under the usage terms. Website visitor At each access to one of our websites and at each transfer of any of the files, we store the following data: IP address; the web page from which you accessed our site; date and time of access; amount of data transferred; information about your browser and operating system. Registered user of online content To use some services on the website www.druzina.si, free registration is required, during which you will select a username and password and enter your electronic address. By registering, you confirm that you agree with the general business terms and privacy protection policies of the company Družina doo. You can review your data at any time, request corrections or deletion from our database. Družina doo commits to carefully storing your data, using it only for the purposes for which it was collected, and for legitimate purposes, and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent. More information can be found in the link to the Privacy Regulation. Registration is free. Usernames are personal. Sharing of usernames and passwords with third parties is not allowed. Use of the subscriber's username and password must be responsible. In case of doubts or complaints, contact us via email at narocila@druzina.si or by phone at 01/360-28-28. In case of justified evidence that a username is being used by multiple individuals, we reserve the right to change the user's password for security reasons and limit or terminate the use of www.druzina.si. A new password is sent to the email address entered by the user during registration, or to the address linked to the electronic user name. 2. Full user of online content a. Existing subscribers to the Družina weekly Each existing subscriber to the printed edition of the Družina weekly can unlimited access to all content on the website www.druzina.si. Registration is done based on subscription with a username (six-digit number written above the title on each issue of Družina). Full users of the website www.druzina.si are also all recipients of Družina in their parish. Registration is performed according to the selection of the parish "subscriber via." b. New subscribers to digital subscriptions or to the printed edition of the Družina weekly New subscribers to the Družina weekly obtain a username upon purchase of one of the subscription packages of the Družina weekly (Digital Družina package or Digital Plus Družina package with the addition of Slovenian Time or Our Family or Full Družina package). To conclude the subscription relationship, it is necessary to provide the data required for processing the subscription: name and surname, title, recipient's address, postal code, city, country, electronic address, telephone number.
