Almost €89 million to the SDH Flood Recovery Fund

The Slovenian State Holding (SDH) has decided to allocate its entire 2025 annual profit of €88.7 million into a dedicated fund for post-disaster recovery, primarily aimed at addressing damage caused by the catastrophic floods in 2023. This decision was made during a meeting where the government acted as the shareholders' assembly of SDH. The allocation follows similar actions in previous years, including €78.9 million in 2024 for the 2023 flood recovery and €84.7 million in 2025 for the 2024 recovery efforts. Additionally, the Capital Company (Kad), which reported a profit of €343.2 million for 2025, has decided to keep its profits entirely undistributed. The government also approved the termination of the mandate of board member Andreja Cedilnik.
