Rutte urges NATO defense industry ‘revolution’

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte kicked off the 36th NATO Summit in Ankara with a call for a “revolution” in the alliance’s defense industry, emphasizing the need for stronger transatlantic cooperation in military production and capability building.
