An analysis by Sviluppo Lavoro Italia, a state-owned entity under the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, reveals that nearly half (47.5%) of participants in the 'Recruiting Days' initiatives found employment within months of attending. The campaign, which included 13 mobile truck stops across Italy as part of the 'C’è Posto per Te' initiative, monitored over 10,192 participants. Of these, 4,838 secured work, with 12.9% receiving permanent contracts. Women made up 42% of new hires, while individuals under 34 years old accounted for over 46% of successful placements. Notably, 45% of those who found jobs had no prior employment history or had been unemployed for more than six months. The program, conducted in collaboration with regional authorities and employment centers, aimed to connect job seekers directly with employers through mobile outreach.
