Protesta kundër ndërtimit të një resorti turistik në zonën e Zvërnecit, në rrethinë e Vlorës, ka vazhduar të zhvilluasë në kryeqytetin e Shqipërisë, Tiranë, për më shumë se 22 ditë. Këto protesta, të cilat filloi si kundërshtim ndaj një investimi masiv të 4 miliardë dollarësh, janë transformuar në një lëvizje politike e gjerë, e cila kërkon dorëheqjen e kryeministrit Edi Rama, shfuqizimin e disa ligjeve të rëndësishëm, dhe anulimin e projektit të njohur si "Paketa e Maleve".
Protestat filluan në datën e 14 qershor 2026, kur qytetarët mbledhën në bulevardin “Dëshmorët e Kombit” në Tiranë, duke marshuar në drejtim të godinës së Kryeministrisë. Në këtë moment, protestuesit kërkuarin dorëheqjen e Rama dhe shpalljen e zgjedhjeve të parakohshme, duke theksuar nevojanë për një klase të re politike. Në të njëjtën ditë, protesta u nxit nga ngjarjet që ndodhën pas protestës kundër ndërtimit në Zvërnec, ku u dhunua një protestues nga rojet e sigurisë, duke u masivizuar më pas edhe në qytete të tjera të vendit, ndërsa përgjatë ditëve të fundit ka pasur protesta të shqiptarëve edhe në qytete të tjera të Evropës dhe Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës.
