A company near Čazma has been reported to authorities for illegally housing foreign workers. The police and State Inspectorate will submit an indictment against the employer because the accommodation of foreign workers they employ does not comply with the law. During inspections at a trading company based near Čazma, 62 citizens from third countries were checked. It was determined that citizens of Nepal and India meet the conditions for legal residence and work in Croatia, with no irregularities found in this regard. However, irregularities were found in the living conditions of these workers, violating provisions of the Foreigners Act.
