Reprezentacija Bosne i Hercegovine u sjedećoj odbojci započinje svoje putovanje na Svjetsko prvenstvo u Kini, koje će trajati od 9. jula do 27. jula. Okupljanje tima dogodiće se subotu, 6. jula, na Međunarodnom aerodromu Sarajevo, a odlet će iz Sarajeva u 14:00 sati. Tijekom prijema, razgovarali su o detaljima putovanja i očekivanjem nastupa na prvenstvu, a ambasadorka je izrazila podršku i interes za uspješno provedbu boravka reprezentacije u Kini.
Selektor reprezentacije, Ifet Mahmutović, odabrao je 14 igrača za Svjetsko prvenstvo. To znači da će uspjeh u grupnoj fazi direktno utjecati na mogućnost nastupanja u daljim fazama prvenstva.
