The Para Sports Federation of the City of Rijeka will participate in the Sports Festival iS iSportFest 2026

The Parasportski Savez grada Rijeke will participate in the iSportFest 2026, an EU-funded European initiative coordinated by the University of Murcia in Spain. The event aims to promote physical activity, increase sports accessibility, and strengthen social inclusion in urban and coastal communities. The association will contribute its expertise and knowledge developed in Croatia, participating in the preparation, communication, and international promotion of the event. It will also facilitate knowledge exchange and transfer of best practices among involved organizations. The three-day festival, running from October 23 to 25 in Murcia and Cartagena, Spain, will include over 70 sports, recreational, and related activities targeting all age groups and experience levels. Special attention will be given to people with disabilities and those facing social exclusion. Activities will incorporate educational, scientific, cultural, and ecological content through interactive workshops, utilizing digital tools and gamification elements to enhance participant experiences.
