The bathrooms at the Zelenjavný Market in Piran have been completely renovated due to outdated equipment, aging infrastructure, and frequent vandalism. The renovation included replacing all sanitary elements, electrical and mechanical installations, wall and floor coverings, and installing new ceramic tiles, modern sanitation fixtures, and updated internal systems. Security measures such as video surveillance and a future payment system were also implemented. The renovated bathrooms will open daily during summer hours and at reduced hours in winter, with a €1 fee for use.
