In Ptuj, the construction of a new housing block in Rabelka village will soon begin.

In the village of Rabelčje, near Ptuj, construction of a new residential block is set to begin in August by the company Tames Invest. The modern-designed building will include 54 apartments ranging in size from 42 to 100 square meters, priced at €2,800 per square meter excluding taxes. Buyers will also need to purchase a garage parking space. According to reports from PeTV, most apartments have already been reserved or sold before construction starts. The project also includes the development of a new connecting road to improve traffic access to the area, with construction expected to take approximately 15 months.
