Murder of 14-year-old: new evidence against the singer

New evidence has emerged in the murder trial of American singer D4vd (David Anthony Burke), who is accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez in his home in the Hollywood Hills. During a court hearing, forensic experts reported finding potential bloodstains on items such as a green tarp, black rubber mats, and an inflatable pool at the house. These stains were not visible to the naked eye and are currently considered preliminary indicators. Two chainsaws seized during the investigation showed no signs of blood. The prosecution alleges that D4vd stabbed the girl to keep their relationship secret and protect his rising music career. The victim’s remains were discovered last year inside a Tesla registered to Burke. During the hearing, a criminal technician noted that the car still smelled strongly of decay despite multiple air fresheners, and insects and possible bloodstains were found inside. However, Burke’s defense argued that these tests only suggest the presence of blood but do not provide conclusive proof. The multi-day hearing continues, and if convicted of murder, Burke could face life imprisonment without parole or, depending on the prosecutor’s decision, thedeath
