Telekom Slovenije has launched new services aimed at providing users with secure and convenient access to telecommunications both at home and while traveling abroad. The company announced these updates through its mobile app, Moj Telekom, which allows customers to manage their mobile and fixed-line services anytime and anywhere. Users can check usage, adjust packages, add additional services, and make data purchases directly from their smartphones. This feature is particularly beneficial for travelers, especially before departure or during stays abroad. The updated service includes features such as monitoring the status of domestic internet, reviewing bills, accessing loyalty program benefits, and paying invoices without fees. A 24-hour digital advisor named Maks is available for assistance. Customers can also quickly and easily set up a new mobile subscription via the app using SI-PASS login and eSIM selection, completing the process in just a few minutes. For travel within Europe, Telekom Slovenije offers special options designed to enhance user experience. For those spending holidays in Croatia, there's the HR-internet Plus offer, priced at 5.99 euros including VAT, which provides seven days of unlimited data transfer. This option can be activated via SMS message or the Moj Telekom app. For trips to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, or Albania, customers can opt for the Balkan internet unlimited package for 15.99 euros including VAT, offering unrestricted mobile internet access. Activation requires sending an SMS or using the Moj Telekom app, with users of the Mobi plan able to activate it through the Moj Mobi app. Additionally, users can automatically purchase 1GB of data transfer in selected countries upon connecting to foreign networks, provided they haven’t already opted for another suitable data purchase. This automatic activation ensures continuous connectivity without unexpected costs. To further ensure security while traveling, users can take advantage of the tourist insurance product called Brezskrbni. This insurance covers unexpected expenses related to mobile data usage outside the EU tariff area. The individual policy costs 0.99 euros per day, while the family policy is 2.48 euros per day. The enrollment process starts within the Moj Telekom app, followed by filling out online forms and signing them digitally. Once the mobile signal is detected at the border crossing, the insurance automatically activates, and it deactivates upon returning to Slovenia. In addition to these travel-specific services, Telekom Slovenije continues to offer competitive pricing and special deals throughout August. As part of the Modri Fon promotion, selected Samsung mobile phones come with gifts and free device insurance. Customers can enjoy up to 50% lower prices on the Mobi A, B, and C packages until the end of August. There are also exclusive benefits for purchasing specific models of Apple iPhones 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max when subscribing to the Naj and SUPR packages. From August 1st to August 31st, new subscribers can benefit from special offers on the NEO packages, which combine advanced television, fast internet, and digital services. These packages provide a comprehensive solution for users looking to upgrade their home entertainment and connectivity. The E-oskrbo service, which is free for eligible recipients under long-term care provisions, is also available. Additionally, users can take advantage of the Poveži in prihrani offer with E-oskrbo, allowing them to connect and save costs simultaneously. Through the Moj Telekom app, users have full control over their telecommunications services, ensuring convenience and security whether they are at home, traveling, or on vacation.
