The million euro acquisition of Noma without an integration plan: the railways have now sent another half million euros to the consultants.

Slovenske železnice (SŽ) so prevzeli 75-odstotni delež v podjetju Nomag, česar so ocenili vrednost na 55 milijonov evrov. Za integracijo z 7000 zaposlenimi so izbrali svetovalno podjetje PwC, ki bo prejelo 425.780 evrov z DDV. Druga ponudba, Deloitte, bi bila za tisoč evrov dražja. SŽ trdita, da je izbor PwC zakoniten in da je dokumentacija za razpis jasna in strokovna. Nadzorni svet je odločal o nakupu dvakrat, ob uporabi obsežne dokumentacije. Vprašanje se poraja, zakaj SŽ ni pripravila načrta integracije že pred nakupom.
