Loui Ridi, a Palestinian American originally from the West Bank village of Qusra, returned to his ancestral home in the region after spending years living in Ohio. A video captured an exchange between Ridi and a settler, during which the latter approached his property and engaged in verbal confrontation. The settler, speaking in Hebrew, confronted Ridi, who responded with defiance, labeling the individual a “terrorist.” The interaction escalated, with Ridi repeatedly asserting that the settler’s presence was illegitimate and dangerous. The settler, however, remained unyielding, and the encounter ended with Ridi expressing his fear for his life and the well-being of his loved ones.
